We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans for your convenience and are happy to submit your claims to maximize your benefits, even for out-of-network plans. We are happy to be in-network with the following PPO plans:

What will my insurance cover?

This depends on your individual insurance plan. Most plans will cover two check ups and cleanings a year, along with annual x-rays. They may cover a portion of dental work such as fillings, crowns, and root canals. Your individualized treatment plan will include a cost breakdown of what we estimate your insurance will cover and what your out-of-pocket fee is. This cost breakdown is based on the agreed upon fee schedule with your insurance. In the event that your insurance pays out less than expected, you will be responsible for the outstanding balance.

At River Village Dental, we recognize that some of our valued patients do not carry dental insurance. We're pleased to offer an in-house membership plan so you and your family can access quality dental care at a reduced price.

For one flat fee, you can cover your routine dental exams, cleaning, and x-rays for the whole year and also receive sizable discounts on other treatments. Our in-house membership plan is more affordable than most traditional insurance plans and offers many additional benefits without a waiting period, pre-authorizations, deductibles, copays, or yearly maximums!
